Opening party “End Of Summer” by Bevery planned for September

BEVERLY, MA — While this weekend marks the unofficial end of summer for many as kids go back to school and pumpkin spice conquest of the North Shore begins in earnest, Beverly Main Streets is keeping the lights on for a few more weeks of the dog days, planning the first-ever “End of Summer Party” on Rantoul Street and Odell Veterans Park on September 21.

The Street Festival is an addition to the program this year and is designed to highlight Rantoul Street businesses in the same way that the Summer Street Festival in July does for Cabot Street businesses.

The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and includes live music, activities, food and craft booths, and beer from local breweries Coastal Mass, Gentile and Old Planters.

Artists include Cate the Great, Squeezebox, Stompers and Whiskey Talk.

Green Beverly partners with Beverly Main Streets to facilitate a (virtually) zero waste event.

Participants are encouraged to walk, bike or take the train as Odell Park is located right next to the train station.

A full list of vendors for the event can be found here.
