Blake Lively had a lot of fun with her and Ryan Reynolds’ son Olin’s birthday cake!
The It ends with us The star – who is currently in the midst of a controversial press campaign for the film – sat down with British podcaster Zoe Ball for an episode of Zoe Ball and Friends on BBC Radio 2 and chatted about all the ins and outs surrounding her one-year-old’s cake.
The gossip Girl A former student shared that she likes to add a bit of comedy to her wedding cakes, which led her to choose a breast-shaped cake for her toddler’s first birthday.
The Blake Brown founder – who is also mother to daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4 – told Ball: “There’s always a bit of humor on my birthday cakes. … for my baby, I just made a huge set of tits. I think that’s something that will haunt him for the rest of his life.”
When asked why she gave her son a cake with a breast motif, Lively explained: “What do they want all of a sudden? He can’t say what he wants. So, breasts!”
Ball agreed with the actress’ choice of cake. “Breasts, because that’s what he wants at Onee,” she repeated.

The starlet went on to tell Ball that she would share a photo of the cake with her. “I’ll show you a picture later, they’re pretty great. Of the cake, not mine… But also great,” the actress clarified. The couple burst into laughter and Ball seemed to enjoy the humorous response from Lively, who admitted, “I love it when interviews go differently than you think.”
Many fans on Instagram were amused by the podcast clip.
One person commented: “I don’t know how you can watch this and not like her. She sounds hilarious.”
“She is definitely Deadpool’s wife 😂,” another person commented, referring to Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, a character known for his comedic side.
Others accused Lively of trying to shift the focus away from the allegedly ongoing It ends with us Drama with co-star Justin Baldoni.
“Oh their PR team is trying really hard,” wrote one Instagram user.
Someone else commented: “Not so good now that we’ve seen her other side 🙈.”
Two of Lively’s old interviews have recently surfaced, causing fans to question their authenticity. In one interview clip, reporter Kjersti Flaa congratulates Lively on her baby bump. Lively responds with “Congratulations on your little bump,” even though Flaa is not pregnant. Lively is also receiving criticism for claiming in another interview that women “lie” about pregnancy cravings.
