The next Filmmaker Happy Hour will be Thursday, August 29, 2024, at the Tin Room Bar & Theater in Olde Burien.
This is a free event for everyone on the topic of “Filmmaking in a robust creative economy – Burien“ with a presentation by Andrew McMasters, co-chair of the Burien Creative District.
McMasters will explain how there is significant overlap between Burien’s Creative District and the independent film industry, as both rely on a mix of artistic talent, creative services and supporting infrastructure, and how various elements of Burien’s creative economy might intersect with the world of independent film production. Burien is building a robust creative economy.
Bring in your ideas, thoughts and needs as a filmmaker.
