Sir Tom Jones is looking for a new green home after putting his Beverly Hills mansion up for sale for £6.45 million.

The superstar singer and judge on the ITV show “The Voice” is selling the five-bedroom apartment almost 20 years after moving in.

Sir Tom bought the sprawling property in the secure celebrity community of Mulholland Estate in 1998 for £2.1 million and is likely to make a tidy profit when he sells it.

The real estate agent Sotheby’s International Realty describes it as follows: ““A remarkable, beautifully walled and gated 740sqm modern villa… set on over half an acre of land with stunning city views.”

“The oversized family/entertainment room features a room-wide bank of floor-to-ceiling glass doors, a premium projection theater with drop-down screen, and a bar.”

Sotheby’s adds: “Upstairs is the privately located master suite and sitting room, comprising a bedroom with integrated sitting area and stunning city views, and his and hers bathrooms with walk-in dressing rooms, steam showers, a sauna and a walk-in tub, all with glass doors offering stunning views of the city and Mount Baldy.”

There are a total of 16 rooms with seven bathrooms as well as a luxurious swimming pool, sun terrace and extensive gardens.

Animal print materials dominate the interior, which is as opulent and extravagant as you would expect from one of the world’s greatest showmen.

Jones, 76, lost his wife Linda to cancer a year ago after 59 years of marriage.

He recently said a grief counselor urged him to carry on “or die,” adding: “When my wife died, God bless her, I didn’t know if I was going to make it. There were days when I felt like I couldn’t get out of bed. You don’t want to get out of bed anyway.”
