SausRibaLLonch locates SetAntaSet in the historic centre of Sabadell

SetAntaSet, an apartment building Reside The building with 32 residential units on six floors is located on a prominent corner in the historic center of Sabadell. Barcelona. On the site where there was previously an old manor house with a private garden, today stands this modern building, preserving the essence of its green space.

The former garden, rich in trees and vines, became a well-known landmark, although the mansion had no architectural significance. The new building, designed by SausRibaLLonch, pays tribute to this heritage by offering passersby views of lush courtyards, terraces and balconies. This design ensures a connection between the busy street and the tranquil interiors.

SetAntaSet features a bevelled corner design

The building’s design features a distinct cut at the beveled corner where the access points and common areas are located. This configuration encourages social interaction between residents and transforms the path from the lobby to each unit into a pleasant outdoor experience. From the street, the view of the private courtyard with its mature trees is maintained and allows a glimpse of residents walking through the open corridors. SausRibaLLonch’s Architectural team takes a design approach that subtly blurs the boundaries between public and private spaces, fostering a sense of community.
