Your first warning of strong warming and rising humidity

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Mid-South has enjoyed a nice break from the heat and humidity, but it will soon return as a southerly flow sets in late this week, causing temperatures and humidity to rise significantly.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with a northeast wind 5 to 10 mph and overnight lows in the 50s to 60s F.

THURSDAY: Mostly sunny with a northeast wind 5 to 10 mph and an afternoon high in the 80s.

THURSDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear with a southeast wind 5 to 10 mph and lows in the 70s at night.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny with highs of around 35 degrees and lows of around 25 degrees at night.

THE WEEKEND: Saturday and Sunday will be partly cloudy each day, with highs of around 35 degrees and lows of around 24 degrees overnight.

NEXT WEEK: Monday will be partly cloudy with afternoon highs of 35 to 40 degrees Celsius and nighttime lows of 25 to 25 degrees Celsius. Tuesday and Wednesday will be partly cloudy every day with afternoon highs of 35 to 40 degrees Celsius and nighttime lows of 25 to 25 degrees Celsius.
