Brayden is the son of Tarek, 42, and his ex-wife Christina Hall, who also have daughter Taylor, 13. Tarek and Heather have a son together, Tristan, who was born in January 2023.

After celebrating Brayden, Heather also shared another Instagram Stories post offering a glimpse of an “early birthday breakfast” for “papa” Tarek, who turns 43 on Wednesday, August 21.

Tarek later shared a photo of himself and Brayden at the shark party the day before, posing behind a cardboard shark and smiling together.

While Tarek and Heather are currently in the midst of a busy family birthday season, the duo also recently spent some family time on a Caribbean vacation.

In a joint Instagram post on August 3, Tarek and Heather gave their fans a glimpse into their family beach vacation. The vacation included colorful mimosas, time with Heather’s parents, and even a little downtime for a little family dancing.

Heather, who married Tarek on October 23, 2021, spoke about the worries that come with traveling with such a large group in a later Instagram post, revealing that she and her husband can “stress each other out” when they’re on the road.

“Tarek and I are not the best travelers, I would say. We always stress each other out,” she admitted in an Instagram video. “And then we recover pretty quickly, but there’s always that… moment of tension.”

Despite some travel stress, the family seemed to enjoy their time away from home, with Heather writing in a caption this month: “It’s moments like these that make you slow down, pause, and appreciate the little things. 🫶.”
