The Rimac Nevera R 2025 is an evolved version of the original Nevera, an electric hypercar with 1813 hp. The R adds 2107 hp and features upgrades that make it more aerodynamic and faster on the track.
The Rimac Nevera R has a more aggressive design than its predecessor.
Rimac claims the Nevera R can accelerate to 60 mph in 1.7 seconds and go from 0 to 186 mph in 8.7 seconds.
Part of the Nevera’s new look is this double-layer fixed rear wing, which, together with other aerodynamic improvements, provides 15 percent more downforce.
The front of the Nevera R has been widened and made more streamlined, with the front section now made from a single piece to optimize aerodynamics.
The interior of the Nevera (R-Rated) is very similar to the previous model and features accents in Nebula Green.
Rimac claims the Nevera R has the largest and stiffest carbon fiber structure of any new car.
The Nevera features new electric motors, four of which produce a total of 2107 hp.
The Rimac’s new battery has a capacity of 108.0 kWh and features a new chemistry that is better suited to sustained high-performance driving.
An official electric range estimate is still pending, but we expect the Nevera R to have a range of around 342 kilometers.
The Nevera R will be launched early next year, but only 40 will be built and the US versions will cost around $2.5 million.
