🤝 How would you describe your job to someone you just met?
I help our leaders implement their strategy and help the company achieve concrete business benefits.
💼 What did you do before joining Verizon?
I worked in the consulting industry for almost 20 years and traveled the world, living in India, Hong Kong, South Africa and the USA.
🌍 Which of these four countries did you like best?
South Africa. The warmth of the people and their generosity have helped make it my second home.
🍛 What is your favorite comfort food?
A bowl of rice with spicy Indian curry or Indian lentils.
✨ What is the best thing about your job?
We work with talented people, benefit from their knowledge and know that our joint efforts impact the financial health of the company.
💬 Do you do volunteer work?
I’m active on careervillage.org, a nonprofit organization where students ask questions and professionals like me answer them.
💎 Do you have family heirlooms?
I have a 300 pound safe that is over 100 years old. It belonged to my great grandfather who had it built for his business.
🎭 Who inspires you? Why?
I would say Tom Hanks. I love his relentless pursuit of excellence and his dedication to his craft. I’ve seen him improve with every film he makes and that touches me deeply.
