Robert F. Kennedy Jr. criticizes Vice President Harris and the Democratic Party

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has sharply criticized Vice President Kamala Harris and the current state of the Democratic Party. In a recent statement, Kennedy contrasted the party’s current direction with the values of his father, Robert F. Kennedy, and his uncle, President John F. Kennedy.

“The party of my father and my uncle was the champion of voting rights and fair elections. Vice President Harris’ party is the party of lawfare, disenfranchisement and the coronation of its candidates by corporate donors and party elites,” he said.

Kennedy argued that his father and uncle’s Democratic Party stood for civil rights, free speech and anti-war principles. He claimed that under Vice President Harris, the party was leaning toward censorship, lockdowns and what he called “medical coercion.”

Kennedy also highlighted the differences in economic and social policies, pointing out that RFK/JFK’s Democratic Party supported the working class, law enforcement, and first responders, while he believes the current party is more built on the interests of Big Tech, the pharmaceutical industry, and Wall Street.

“My father and uncle prided themselves on their debate skills and their ability to articulate a coherent vision for our country. Vice President Harris is terrified of debate and can’t survive an unscripted interview. Instead of outlining a vision, she relies on middle-school tactics – memes, made-up headlines, infantile slogans (joy!) and name-calling (“Republicans are weird”),” he added.

He also criticized Harris for her handling of issues such as voting rights and fair elections, accusing her of putting corporate donors and party elites above fair democratic processes.

Kennedy concluded his speech by emphasizing his longstanding commitment to fighting government corruption and his intention not to support Kamala Harris as a presidential candidate. Instead, he said he would actively oppose her candidacy.
