This is how the internet reacted to The Rock’s birthday party

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson often plays the King of Cool in the WWE ring and on the sets of major movies, so a resurfaced clip showcasing “The Great One”‘s ability to laugh at his own mishaps makes the charismatic star even more likable as the internet continues to voice its reactions to The Rock’s birthday.

The clip, which Johnson first posted on Instagram as part of a birthday message when he turned 51 last year, was recently re-shared by “Jumanji” Star with a more Olympic theme.

“Sadly, I have to report that I did not qualify for the 2024 Olympic Gymnastics team,” Johnson wrote, as the footage reminded us of the time he accidentally fell headfirst while trying to relax in a hammock. We all know The Rock has won WrestleManias and driven the fastest cars in the world, but it seems a humble swing bed was just too much of a challenge for the megastar!

“I think we call this rock bottom,” joked his former WWE colleague @StacyKeibler.

“Hahaha your face at the exact moment you knew something was wrong,” wrote @jake_schum.

Despite the embarrassing mishap, DJ was able to win over a large part of his audience.

“I’m sticking with my rating of ’10’,” wrote @leanne_hill_hair_studio.

“Hey… at least you didn’t spill your drink,” noted follower @beth_ottenstein.

Maybe The Rock’s birthday party will make him the King of Cool after all! Vaiana 2 – The Great Adventure With The Final Boss set to hit theaters in November 2024 and the former champion expected to return to WWE when the wrestling behemoth debuts on Netflix next year, it’s good to know that The Final Boss is still a compelling entertainment film.
