Asphalt Legends Unite, originally scheduled for release in June, is now about to launch after a delay and will feature gift packs for players. Gameloft shared all News Today.
When the announcement was originally made, Gameloft wanted to have this version ready for June 17th. Now, however, the racing game will not be released until August 19th. Gameloft apologized to fans “for the long wait.”
To make it up to you, Asphalt Legends Unite players on Switch will receive gift packs. These can be claimed upon first login. The following items are available until September 11th:
Gift for the first registration:
- 30 Blueprints for the Nissan 370z Neon Edition (Unlock)
- 10 Unite Launch I packages
- 10 Unite Launch II packages
- 750 Token
- 50,000 credits
Daily Login Gifts:
- 1 Unite Launch I Pack and 3 Unite Launch II Packs upon first login.
- 1 Unite Launch I pack every day until September 11th
- 3 Unite Launch II packages every 2 days until September 11th.
Gameloft is also offering an Asphalt Unite catch-up gift on Switch, including previously unreleased cars:
- 45 Blueprints for the Aston Martin DB12 (Unlock)
- 10 blueprints and 5 packages for the Lotus E-R9
- 10 blueprints and 5 packages for the Maserati MC20 GT2
- 10 blueprints and 5 packages for the Nissan GT R Neon Edition
- 10 blueprints and 5 packages for the McMurty Spierling
Additionally, players can catch up on the Drive Syndicate and some other events they missed by receiving the following gifts upon first login:
- 15 Unite Special Event Multi I-Packages
- 15 Unite Special Event Multi II packs
- 15 Unite Special Event Multi III packs
- 10 blueprints for the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 Roadster
- 10 blueprints for the Ultima RS
- 60,000 Drive Syndicate Coins
- 500 Token
- 500,000 credits
Finally, Gameloft announces that it will provide compensation for the Asphalt Bank reset during the Switch migration. Players will receive 500 tokens.
Finally, we have the following comment from Gameloft:
All currently extended and live events will end at 3:00 PM CEST on August 18 to allow account migration to begin during launch the next day.
This means you’ll need to collect all of your rewards before launch and account migration begins on August 19 at 11:00 a.m. CEST. You should then be able to update your game directly from the Nintendo eShop and continue your adventure in Asphalt Legends Unite.
