The sixth season of Magnolia Network’s Bargain Mansions premieres on Wednesday, August 14th at 8 p.m. ET. In the season opener, titled “Magic Makeover,” host Tamara Day and her team transform a giant castle using pieces from their new Tamara Day by Spectra Home Collection.
“We are all very excited to see which Spectra Home pieces from Tamara’s new collection she has selected for this season’s Bargain Mansions shows,” said Jim Telleysh, President of Spectra Home. “Her family-friendly upholstered furniture is a great fit not only for the homes she redesigns, but also for our designers, retail partners and their customers who need upholstered furniture that not only looks good and is comfortable, but can also withstand the rough everyday treatment from pets and children.”
Day said the first house in Season 6 was a challenge. “But we were able to transform it from a mystical mess to a dream home using some of my furniture from Spectra Home,” she said. “As the season went on, I realized that upholstery works well in many different settings from modern to super traditional. I can’t wait for everyone to see it.”
Telleysh added, “We remain committed to donating a portion of the proceeds from the Tamara Day by Spectra Home collection to the Common Thread for the Cure Foundation to provide financial grants to those in the home furnishings and design industries battling breast cancer.”
