Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is currently behind bars in Delhi for money laundering, has reportedly gifted his alleged girlfriend, actress Jacqueline Fernandez, a yacht for her birthday.
Sukesh, according to News18 reported, has assured that the yacht – which Jacqueline reportedly chose in 2021 – will be delivered this month and all taxes will be paid. The vessel will be named “Lady Jacqueline”.
In a letter to the actress, Sukesh expressed his affection on her birthday. Addressing her as “My little girl, my Bomma”, Sukesh wished Jacqueline a happy birthday and blessed her with success, health and all her wishes for the year. He reportedly expressed that despite the separation, their minds and souls remain connected.
Sukesh has also written a letter to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, saying: PTI reported, and requested him to accept the contribution of Rs 15 crore to the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund after the landslide in Wayanad. He also reportedly promised 300 houses for the disaster-affected.
Sukesh further wrote in the letter that he honors her passion for animal welfare and in this way helps those in need.
In the letter, the scammer added that she would give her fans 100 iPhone 15 Pro phones as a thank you for their support.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar was arrested in May 2015 on charges of cheating and criminal conspiracy under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and continues to face legal hurdles.
The Maharashtra State Prohibition of Prize Chips and Money Circulation Schemes Act and the Maharashtra State Protection of Interest on Deposits (in Financial Institutions) Act were also invoked against him.
He was released on bail by the Bombay High Court last month but remains in custody pending other cases against him.
