Chelsea Lazkani is celebrating a brand new decade!
On Thursday, Sell sunset The star hosted an epic birthday party, gathering her Netflix co-stars for an extravagant masquerade-themed event.
The soirée took place at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. Sell sunset Stars such as Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith and Davina Potratz showered Lazkani with birthday wishes. Jason Oppenheim and his girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk were also in attendance, as were Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet.
All dressed in black and muted colors, the glamorous real estate experts posed with the guest of honor, who stunned in a red Versace Couture gown, in exclusive images shared with PEOPLE.
Paola Franco from Say I Do to Details planned the event, which was based on the red and black theme and included, among other things, an impressive balloon banner from the Balloon King.

The food and drink offerings were equally glamorous. Lazkani’s birthday cake consisted of two tiers and was decorated with gold embellishments, and finished with an ethereal black masquerade mask. Red roses by Aline Bichara and silver balloons provided a stylish backdrop to the culinary centrepiece.
As for delicious drinks, guests enjoyed cocktails created by Redbull.

The British-Nigerian luxury real estate agent joined the cast of Sell sunset in season 5. However, Lazkani was already successful in her field before becoming part of the Oppenheim Group. After leaving the corporate world in 2017, she obtained her real estate license and joined the Los Angeles agency Rodeo Realty (the former employer of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles (Star Josh Flagg).
After taking the step on her own and taking the time to raise her two children with her husband, Jeff Lazkani, she realized she was ready to return to the real estate business.

“I think the support of my husband and my family essentially prepared me to take on this big role and this big opportunity,” Chelsea told PEOPLE in May. “But for me personally, this was an opportunity to open doors in an industry where there is a lack of diversity and where minorities are undervalued.”
She added, “I feel like with great opportunity comes great responsibility. This was kind of my time to give back and teach and really mentor and elevate black women in this luxury real estate sector. Just knowing that I have a higher purpose kind of prepared me for this.”

She was “always very familiar with the Oppenheim Group” before joining, but she had not met any of her other co-stars at Sell sunsetall of which, she says, “really inspired” her.
“It helps me see my future prospects because I’m surrounded by so many successful women,” she said. “It helps me imagine that I can sell houses for $20, $30, $40 million when I see other women around me doing it.”
